Description:
 Do It Yourself and experience the joy of creation. A variety of projects and materials will be available to explore.
Thursdays from 5 - 7:30 p.m.
Feb. 8: Create with Sculpey, the colorful clay that bakes in the oven.
Feb. 15: Yarn party: make pictures and sculptures with yarn scraps. Ambitious participants may learn to crochet!
Feb. 22: Decorate tile coasters with a variety of techniques.
March 1: Acrylic painting on canvas.
March 8: Make beaded jewelry. Repair or reinvent old jewelry with provided tools and supplies.
March 15: Sew fun: hand-sewing projects on a variety of levels. Learn to thread your first needle or even make a drawstring bag based on your age and experience level.
March 22: Make useful things out of duct tape.
March 29: Build with Strawbees and take your geometric creation home.
April 5: Decorate wooden blocks with collage, paint and poems to make personalized gifts.
April 12: Paper lanterns: explore a variety of shapes and styles.
April 19: Tissue paper party: make flowers, decorative balls, window hangings and more.
April 26: Clothing repair: fix little rips, make patches, hem pants, replace buttons and more using
hand-sewing techniques.

Saturdays from 2 - 4 p.m.
