 Laughter yoga is done in groups, either standing or sitting, with eye contact and playfulness between participants. It includes laughing, clapping, stretching, deep breathing, and fun. No mats are needed!
It is based on Hasyayoga, a practice involving voluntary laughter and provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter.
No registration needed, just come in!
