Laughter yoga is done in groups, either standing or sitting, with eye contact and playfulness between participants. It includes laughing, clapping, stretching, deep breathing, and fun. No mats are needed!Library: Jacaranda Library (Click for a map to Jacaranda Library.)
It is based on Hasyayoga, a practice involving voluntary laughter and provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter.
No registration needed, just come in!
