 Rob Shewfelt is Professor Emeritus of Food Science and Technology at the University of Georgia. He was a Josiah Meigs Distinguished Teaching Professor at the university when he retired in 2013. He was part of an interdisciplinary research team that introduced the systems approach to postharvest handling of fruits and vegetables. He taught more than ten courses at the University including seminars on Chocolate Science and Coffee Technology.
The public is invited to this program. There is no registration required and no additional cost to participate.
